1. Purchase Agreement

By placing an order on this website, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

2. Returns (30-Day Policy)

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be:

In the same condition that you received it.

Unworn or unused, with tags attached.

In its original packaging.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants).

Custom or personalized products.

Personal care goods (beauty products).

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale items and gift cards.

4. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If merchandise is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item meets the "original condition" requirements listed above.

5. Exchanges

To ensure you receive the desired item quickly, we recommend returning the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
